Nakamura bombshell for Celtic fans

Digg! Add to Mixx!

Shunsuke Nakamura admits he’s unsure of his future at Celtic.

His hometown club, Yokohama Marinos, are keen to sign him but there has been a surprising lack of movement from Celtic to trigger the extension in his current deal.

“I will be here until (chief executive] Peter Lawwell says he doesn’t need me,” the Japan star said. “My contract finishes in the summer and the club has the option of keeping me for another year. I’m not sure if they will.”
