Tottenham Hotspur Football Club boss Juande Ramos is set for a summer raid on his former employers.

The Spaniard will be offered a healthy kitty in the summer as the White Hart Lane club look to finally break into the top four of the Premier League and grab a place in the UEFA Champions League.

And it is believed that Ramos’s first target will be a raid on his former club Sevilla for Christian Poulsen, who is rated in the region of £8million by the current Uefa Cup holders.

However, Spurs face a fight to sign the 28-year-old Danish international midfielder, with reports in Spain suggesting Barcelona will match the Londoners pound-for-pound for the player.
