Holders Chelsea crashed out of the FA Cup in the quarter-finals on Saturday, beaten 1-0 at Championship (second division) side Barnsley.

A header from Kayode Odejayi after 66 minutes sent the home crowd into raptures and Barnsley held on as Chelsea could not find a way through their massed defence.

Barnsley, who beat Liverpool in the previous round, join Portsmouth in the semi-finals after their surprise 1-0 victory at Manchester United earlier on Saturday.
