West ham face new Tevez challenge

West Ham United have been accused of an illegal deal involving Carlos Tevez last season.

The Sun says Tevez’s agent Kia Joorabchian filed papers with the High Court claiming the Hammers brokered a secret agreement with him AFTER their record £5.5million Premier League fine.
Joorabchian is claiming more than £7m from West Ham in a High Court writ - money he claims the club owe him following Tevez’s controversial transfer from Corinthians in August 2006.
Joorabachian insists he has tapes of meetings with both Eggert Magnusson and Scott Duxbury at Upton Park and alleges he met the pair at the plush Les Ambassedeurs casino in London.
