Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez says Dan Agger will make a playing return this week.

Agger has recovered from a metatarsal injury and Benitez told liverpoolfc.tv: “Agger is nearly there. We will use him little by little because it’s too early for him to play a full game.

“Maybe he will play for the reserves versus Man Utd next week.
